Saturday, June 13 | 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM

There are moments when stepping away brings you closer to yourself.

Welcome, I’m Kelly Rose, the creator and host of Into Presence.

Into Presence is a day to gather in the mountains, to slow down, breathe fresh air and return to what feels true beneath the noise of everyday life.

Held inside a cozy, rustic ski lodge at Mt. Ashland, with expansive views of Mount Shasta, this experience invites you into something simpler and more grounded.

A space that feels real. Communal. Close to nature.

A place to reconnect with your body, your awareness and your inner knowing.

The Arrival

We begin the day gently.

You arrive, settle in, enjoy breakfast, connect with others and take in the stillness of the mountain.

From there, the day unfolds through a natural rhythm of movement, insight, rest and integration.

A grounding opening ceremony led by Kelly Rose weaves together gentle yoga and subtle sound to bring everyone into the space.

The Morning

Our main workshop, led by Mari Smith, explores why living your Human Design matters in these times—helping you move out of mental pressure and into embodied alignment, so you can navigate life with greater clarity and trust.

For those who feel called to go deeper into their soul purpose, a small group will step into a more intimate experience with Teja Wood, receiving intuitive guidance around their path and how to move forward.

Others may choose to step outside into the mountain air for a guided shamanic drum journey with Ernie Flores—offering the opportunity to connect with your animal spirit guide or participate in an ancestral clearing, using rhythm and nature to access deeper insight and release.

Midday

We gather for a nourishing shared lunch.

This is a time to slow down, connect as a community and enjoy a simple, grounding meal together.

You’re welcome to sit, share and reflect, or step outside for fresh air and views of Mount Shasta.

You may choose to receive a complimentary B12 injection, explore our experience stations or connect directly with our facilitators in a relaxed, open setting.

The Afternoon

We return inward and settle into a guided hypnosis experience with Deborah Provost, M.A., CCHt, where presence becomes the pathway to lasting transformation.  Leading you forward with clarity and ease. You are the way. The BeSelful™ Path is the journey.

Alongside this, the intimate sessions with Teja continue, and the outdoor drum journeys with Ernie remain available.

A final integration window offers space to pause, reflect, connect one-on-one with facilitators, journal or step outside for a short hike.

The Closing

We come back together as a full group.

Together, we share a cacao ceremony, guided meditation led by Teja Wood and an immersive sound bath with Kelly Rose, as they hold the energetic space together—bringing the day to a grounded and meaningful close.

A moment to integrate, soften and carry forward what has opened within you.
