Business Reimagined
A Kelly Rose Wellness Experience in partnership with Rogue Valley Women in Business
Bigham Knoll, Jacksonville, OR
Saturday, November 7 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
ALIGNED & INSPIRED
A one-day women in business experience inviting you to reimagine what's possible when you bring more of who you are into how you work.
What if we reimagined what a day of business development could look like?
What if it began by getting out of our heads and into our bodies?

What if we made space for meaningful relationships, new perspectives and the parts of ourselves that don't always make it into the boardroom?

And what if understanding ourselves more deeply could actually help us become better at the way we work, lead, connect and create?
Business Reimagined is a one-day experience for women throughout the Rogue Valley who are building businesses, growing careers or creating what comes next.

Throughout the day, you'll learn from and connect with women who bring decades of experience across entrepreneurship, marketing, strategy, sales, behavioral science and business development. They’ve built and led businesses, worked with Fortune 500 companies, trained thousands of entrepreneurs and global brands and helped generate millions of dollars in revenue for the businesses and clients they’ve served.

And they're bringing more than business experience to the room.
Because behind every business plan, strategy and goal is a human being.

How we make decisions. How we build relationships. How we respond when something isn't working. The strengths and experiences we bring with us. The way we use our energy. What success actually means to us.

All of it shapes the work we create.

So we've designed a different kind of business day, one that brings together real-world experience with deeper self-knowledge, meaningful connection and restorative practices.
You'll leave with new business relationships, practical tools and insights you can put to work, a deeper understanding of how you operate and greater clarity about what you want to create next.

Your Day, Reimagined
Welcome with Kelly Peters & Brigitte Boots • Gentle Yoga with Someone, Something Studio
What if instead of rushing straight into learning and doing, we began by taking care of the human who's about to do it all?

Doors open at 9:00 a.m. Arrive over coffee and light bites, meet women from throughout the Rogue Valley business community, then officially begin with a welcome from your hosts at the bottom of the hour.
From there, a gentle yoga flow accompanied by sound will bring you out of the morning rush and into your body, creating space to slow down, ground and set an intention for the day ahead.
Networking, Reimagined
Building Your Business Through Community with Angelica Owens
What if networking stopped feeling transactional and actually led to more business organically?
Angelica will share how developing a sphere of supportive colleagues, authentically showing up and becoming a valuable connector can create a sustainable and fulfilling business.
You’ll leave with practical ways to network intentionally, build trust and turn genuine relationships into business without forcing the sale.

Your Way, Reimagined
Your Business Fairy Tale with Jenic Mantashian
What if some of the most valuable clues for building your business were already hidden inside your own story?

Through storytelling, interactive reflection and a little magic and whimsy, Jenic will guide you through the chapters of your own business fairy tale, exploring how your natural gifts, experiences, challenges, wrong turns and inner knowing can offer valuable clues about the business you're here to create.

Along the way, you'll uncover what your story has taught you, what may be ready to change and what you genuinely want to create next. You'll leave having begun to write your next chapter, with greater clarity and a concrete next step for bringing it to life.
Lunch, Reimagined
Okay, we may be taking the theme a little too far.
What if lunch were… well, lunch?

Take a break, recharge and continue the conversations you started throughout the morning.
Lunch options will be available for purchase on-site, or you're welcome to bring your own lunch or step away and explore Jacksonville. More details about food options will be shared ahead of the event.

We'll work on reimagining lunch next time.

How You Work, Reimagined
Human Design for Authentic Business & Marketing with Mari Smith
What if, instead of growing your business the way you've been told you should, you worked the way you're actually designed to operate?
In this hands-on session, Mari will guide you through key Human Design insights so you can see how to naturally use your energy, make decisions and create the right visibility.
You'll leave with practical takeaways you can implement right away, honoring your unique genetic imprint and trusting your body's wisdom, with the freedom to build a business that feels like you.
What's Next, Reimagined
Guided Sound Journey with Kelly Peters
What if instead of ending the day with more information, we created space to listen for what wants to come next?

Kelly will guide you through an immersive sound journey, weaving gentle prompts for reflection, visualization and manifestation throughout the experience.
As you rest into the sound, you'll have space to integrate what you've explored throughout the day, connect with the vision that's emerging and imagine what you're ready to create next.
