Immersive sound experiences designed to help teams pause, decompress and reconnect through intentional rest.

Your employees give their time, energy and attention to your organization every day. Creating space for them to pause is a meaningful way to give something back.
Kelly Rose Wellness creates immersive sound experiences that invite your team to step away from meetings, deadlines, screens and responsibilities and simply receive.
For one hour, there is nothing to accomplish and nowhere else they need to be.
Just time to rest, reset and feel genuinely cared for.

A sound bath is an immersive wellness experience in which participants relax while a practitioner creates layers of sound and vibration using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums.
Despite the name, there's no water involved. Participants are simply "bathed" in sound.
Kelly helps the group settle comfortably before guiding them into an immersive sound journey. There is nothing to learn, perform or achieve. Participants simply relax and receive the experience as their nervous systems down-regulate and reset.
No previous meditation, sound or wellness experience is necessary.

Sound isn't only something we hear. It's a vibration we feel.
Every singing bowl, gong, chime and drum produces sound waves at different frequencies, creating layers of tone and vibration that are received through the auditory system and experienced throughout the body.
Our bodies are made up of about 60–70% water, and sound travels more than four times faster through water than through air. As sound vibrations move through the body, they can be felt through your tissues—creating a full-body experience that goes far beyond simply hearing sound.
Research is beginning to illuminate why sound-based practices can feel so restorative. Studies of singing-bowl interventions have reported promising changes in measures associated with stress and relaxation, including heart rate, heart-rate variability, anxiety, mood and patterns of brainwave activity. More broadly, research into music and sound has demonstrated measurable effects on both psychological stress and physiological arousal.
For employees moving through days filled with meetings, decisions, screens and constant stimulation, an immersive sound experience creates an opportunity to shift gears.
Less doing. Less stimulation. More space for the nervous system to settle.
Whether you're looking for a meaningful way to thank your team, support employee wellbeing or bring something restorative into a gathering, each experience can be thoughtfully tailored to your organization.
