You will experience a sound session spanning around 75 minutes, featuring an array of soothing elements such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks. These sounds will be performed in the room, around, and on your body while you lay back, relax and sleep. Wear comfy clothes.

About the event
Featuring my new harp gong by Grotto Sonora. Its a custom made 34 inch gong with strings. Come check it out!
Depending on the set-up; you may be on a bed, massage table, or reclining chair laying face up. An eye mask, blanket, and pillow will be provided for your comfort.
You do not need to “do” anything to receive the benefits of the session. Just being in the room and breathing is enough :)
Beginning with a gentle yoga nidra (example: relaxing from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet), your sound session facilitator will start your session off with calming words to help you settle into your body as the hand- hammered Himalayan metal bowls are played.
