About the event
Somatics and Sound is a deeply restorative experience designed to reset your nervous system from the inside out. Guided breathwork with Nikki (owner of Verve) calms and centers the body, yin yoga with Brie (yoga instructor and more) gently releases stored tension, and Kelly (owner of Kelly Rose Wellness) closes the journey with immersive healing sound. Together, these three practices create space for deep release, balance, and renewal.
